The Role & Project

• Systems Analyst on a Pharma Data Architecture & Integration initiative
• Partnering with Business SMEs, Principal & Systems Engineers, Platform teams, Data Architects and Data Engineers
• Running 1:1 stakeholder interviews and workshops to map business processes, systems, and data movement
• Gathering requirements to onboard source-system data into a centralized Data Integration layer
• Current focus: pharmaceutical platform data — device design, testing, and verification/validation engineering data

Looking for someone with 8+ years of experience as a Senior Systems Analyst / Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Architect — ideally with a Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, CMC, R&D, or Life Sciences background.

Most important: strong stakeholder-facing discovery skills — someone who can help determine what an experienced analyst should ask, what information needs to be captured, and how those answers convert into the expected deliverables.
